1. Content Standards

• Professionalism: All submitted content must maintain a professional tone. We do not accept materials that are offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory.
• Copyright Compliance: All submitted content, including logos, images, and text, must comply with copyright laws. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for copyrighted material.
• No Illegal Content: We do not print any materials that promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
• Prohibited Topics: Content containing explicit adult material, drug-related paraphernalia, or any form of illegal advertising is strictly prohibited.

2. File Requirements

• Resolution: Files should be high-resolution (300 dpi) and formatted to meet our printing specifications. Low-quality files may not produce optimal results, and we reserve the right to request a higher-quality version.
• File Formats: Acceptable file formats include PDF, JPEG, and PNG. Please ensure all text is outlined and images are embedded.
• Bleeds and Margins: Include the required bleeds and safety margins specified on our website to avoid any cropping issues during printing.

3. Color Reproduction

• Color Accuracy: While we strive for precise color reproduction, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitor settings and printing methods.
• Pantone and Spot Colors: Custom colors may require special handling and additional charges. Please indicate any specific Pantone or spot colors when submitting files.

4. Quality Assurance

• Proofing: A digital proof will be provided for your review. It is the client’s responsibility to check for accuracy, including spelling, graphics, and layout.
• Corrections: Any corrections must be communicated before printing. We are not responsible for errors noticed after print approval.

5. Right to Refuse Service

• Non-Compliance: Namecards.com.sg reserves the right to refuse any print order that does not comply with this Acceptable Print Policy or conflicts with our values.
• Mutual Respect: We aim to maintain respectful interactions. Any client exhibiting abusive or disrespectful behavior may have their order canceled at our discretion.

6. Reprints and Refunds

• If an order does not meet the approved proof or has production errors, we will work with you to offer a reprint. Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• Your files and print details are confidential. Namecards.com.sg will not share or distribute any client files without permission.
