    Step 6 - Receive your goods

    Goods will reach your location within 1-2 business days by third party courier. Express delivery will be within 24 hours by us.

  • What materials do you use for namecard printing?

    We offer a variety of high-quality materials for namecard printing, including 300-350gsm art card, textured card, plastic card, fancy card, and NFC card options. Each material is selected to provide durability and a professional appearance, ensuring your namecards leave a lasting impression.

  • Can I customize my namecard design?

    Absolutely! Our namecard printing services include a range of customization options, from layout and finishes to logo placement and special features like embossing and foil stamping. We can help you create a design that truly reflects your brand.

  • What is the minimum order quantity for namecards?

    Our minimum order quantity for namecard printing is 100 pieces. This allows us to provide high-quality printing and customization at an affordable price.

  • Can I see a digital proof before printing?

    Yes, we provide digital proofs for your approval before printing to ensure everything looks exactly as you envision. Simply request a proof when placing your order.

  • What file format should I use to submit my design?

    We recommend submitting your namecard design in a high-resolution PDF format with all fonts embedded. For best results, ensure your file is at least 300 DPI.

  • Do you offer eco-friendly namecard options?

    Yes, we offer eco-friendly namecard printing options, including recycled paper materials. Our sustainable choices help you make a positive impact without compromising on quality or design.

  • What are your delivery options for namecard orders?

    We offer standard and expedited delivery options for namecard orders. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. For urgent needs, you may select express namecards, which offer a 1-2 day express delivery option. Please contact us for specific timelines and pricing for expedited services.

  • Is there a fee for design assistance?

    We offer basic design support at no additional cost. However, for more advanced customization or design services, there may be a fee. Please reach out to discuss your design needs, and we’ll provide a quote based on the complexity of your request.

  • Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

    Yes, we provide discounts for bulk namecard orders. The discount amount depends on the order quantity. Contact us directly for a personalized quote on bulk orders to receive the best rates.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Paynow and bank transfers. For corporate clients, we can arrange alternative payment options if needed.

  • Can I request a reprint if I’m not satisfied with the final product?

    Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an error in the printing process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues and arrange a reprint if necessary.

My Order FAQs

  • I’m not happy with the quality upon received of the goods. Can I request a reprint or a refund? What action should you take?

    Please contact us by WhatsApp or email with your order number and the details of your dissatisfaction if you received your products and are unhappy with the print or overall quality. If there is a printing error on the order, kindly include photo image.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Only if our system has not yet changed your order's status to "processing" can you cancel it. If you would like to cancel your order, call our Customer Service at sales@namecards.com.sg.

  • Can I track the overall progress of my order?

    After we receive your order, if there are any problems with the artwork, or when the order has been delivered out, our system immediately sends you an email. Additionally, you can keep track on the process in your dashboard's My Orders section. Whether your order is in the "Processing," "On hold," or "Completed," you will receive the update.

  • Is there a printed physical proof reading for me to confirm?

    For a cost of S$30, you can choose the CMYK Digital Proof Print option during the ordering of your product under "Artwork/Design Option" to acquire a physical proof print.

    After your artwork has been reviewed and confirmed, the proof will be sent to your mailing address in about 3-5 working days. Before we begin the final printing, you will be required to give back the copy with your approval. Please be aware that until we have formal acceptance of the proof, we will not produce your order.

    Note: We do not provide Pantone color proof reading. Customer have to ensure they understand the Pantone matching and consult their graphic designer when creating the design.

  • How to check whether Namecards Inc has received my order?

    Our system immediately sends out a confirmation email with your order's details once you place an order. Please check your spam folder to be sure the email did not get up there if it does not appear in your inbox. If not, please double-check the email address you provided when registering. If you find that the address is inaccurate, please edit it in your Dashboard's Account Information and get in touch with our customer support to get your address updated for the current order.

  • I have order the products and payment was made. What should I do after this?

    If you choose to pay by credit card, we will receive your payment right away, and your only remaining task is to upload your artwork.

    Your order won't be finalized if you selected to pay with a bank transfer or PayNow until you made the payment.
    As soon as your transfer has been confirmed, you must upload your payment slip by selecting "Upload File" from your account dashboard. A copy of the payment slip can also be emailed to sales@namecards.com.sg.

  • Can I make adjustments to the text, layout, or design within my selected order quantity?

    No, the order quantity applies to a single artwork only, meaning adjustments to text, layout, or design are not possible within the same quantity. For example, if you need 1,000 name cards with different names or designs (such as 10 different names), you would need to place separate orders for each design, such as 10 orders of 100 pieces each.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, Paynow and bank transfers. For corporate clients, we can arrange alternative payment options if needed.

  • Can I pay with PayNow?

    Yes you can. Scan PayNow QR code or type our UEN during the checkout.

  • Can I place a 24-hour design and print order?

    No you can't, printing takes far less time than designing and confirming the artwork.
    Only if you have a ready design file, than 24 hours express name card printing will be permitted.

  • Do you provide free delivery?

    Free delivery on orders over $100 with free returns.

  • What if I do not have any Name Card design?

  • What is the different between matt, glossy Name Cards?
    • Matte Name Cards are shine-free, and you can write on them with a marker.
    • Gloss Name Cards accentuate color making images more vibrant with a dramatically shiny look. A perfet choice for printing your product images.
  • What sizes of Name cards do you offer?

    We offer the following Name Card sizes:

    • Local: 89mm x 54mm
    • Standard: 90mm x 55mm
    • Creditcard: 85mm x 55mm
    • Europe: 88.9mm x 50.8mm
    • Square: 65mm x 65mm
  • How soon can I receive my Name Cards?

    The delivery speed will depend on the paper and finishing options you choose for your cards, between 5-7 business days. Express Name Card can be as fast as 24 hours delivery if you order before 1pm Mon–Fri.
